A career in

numbers & moments.

A body of work built over fifteen years. Some of what you’ll find here has shaped the practice and person I am today. Some projects continue, others belong to earlier chapters. Together they trace the ongoing evolution of my work through music, teaching, writing, festivals, leadership, consulting and creative direction.

Three defining moments

The work that mattered,

told properly.

DC, 2023

01 · National Mall · 2023

Where the work I had been doing for fifteen years became visible to me as a single arc.

I had stood on the World Culture Festival stage twice before in Berlin in 2011, and Delhi in 2016. Each one bigger than the last. On the National Mall, something shifted, and fifteen years of teaching, rehearsing and performing felt like a single continuous thread. The audience mattered. What it represented mattered even more.

London, 2019—23

02 · Mind Body Spirit · 2019—2023

Programming the UK’s longest-running wellbeing festival.

Four years as Head of Programming for the wellness stages at Mind Body Spirit, across London and Birmingham. The brief was deceptively simple: bring together respected voices from different disciplines without losing depth, integrity or accessibility. The result was the most diverse expert line-up in the festival’s history, welcoming more than 30,000 visitors per year and reflecting the kind of conversations I believe our industry needs more of.

03 · Sangha Global · 2024 — present

A consulting practice for the wellness industry.

After years of teaching, performing and producing events, I established my wellness collective: Sangha Global exists to support the people creating meaningful work behind the scenes. We help founders, practitioners and organisations build thoughtful brands, retreats and businesses without compromising their integrity. The work behind the work.
